The Bright product suite has potential for global markets beyond the US. The market size is 100M global middle-income consumers, with a revenue pool opportunity of $15B.

Bright was founded in 2019 by a founding team from McKinsey’s Banking Practice (Petko Plachkov and Avi Patchava) and InMobi Data Scientists (Varun Modi and Avi Patchava). The core team is ex-InMobi Engineering and Data Sciences, recently joined by senior leaders from McKinsey.
Bright is a data-driven, fast-paced execution culture that will build a Global Consumer FinTech, all functions operating from India.
About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own the creative and brand engine that powers our growth. You'll conceive and launch themed, multi-channel campaigns; build and run our influencer and creator program; and generate the copy, hooks, and video concepts that feed our paid machine and win on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
This role sits at the intersection of brand and performance. You bring the ideas, the taste, and the creator relationships — and you marry them to a test-and-learn culture where the best creative is the one that moves the number. If you can dream up a campaign, brief a creator, write the hook, recognize the winning cut, and read the analytics that prove it worked, this is your seat.
Beyond campaigns, you'll own Bright's customer communication surface end to end — in-app messaging, lifecycle email, and landing pages — continuously finding opportunities to improve the journey and shipping those improvements, while keeping everything compliant in a regulated category.
What You'll Own
Conceive and launch themed campaigns across channels — paid social, influencer, lifecycle, and organic. You own the campaign calendar and the big seasonal and thematic moments end to end, from concept to launch.
Build and scale the influencer / creator program — source, negotiate, brief, and manage creators. Turn one-off collaborations into a repeatable engine that reliably produces performing content.
Generate the creative — copy lines, hooks, video ideas, and storyboards — and brief them cleanly into production. You obsess over hook rate, hold, and conversion, not just aesthetics.
Partner tightly with performance / paid acquisition to feed a constant pipeline of testable creative. You read creative analytics, kill losers fast, and double down on winners.
Own brand voice and messaging across the funnel — consistent and on-point, while still shipping volume.
Own the full customer communication surface — in-app messaging, lifecycle email, and landing pages. Keep the message consistent end to end, continuously surface opportunities to improve clarity, conversion, and engagement, and ship those improvements.
Liaise with Compliance and Legal — partner closely to ensure all customer-facing messaging across ads, email, app, and landing pages meets regulatory and brand standards, which matters given we operate in financial services.
Build the creative testing system — a structured approach to themes, angles, and formats with a learning loop, so winning patterns compound over time instead of resetting every quarter.
Manage external partners — agencies, freelancers, editors, and creators — and run a content production pipeline that ships fast and at volume.
What We're Looking For
5–9 years in growth, brand, or creative marketing at a DTC / consumer tech company — and you've launched campaigns that demonstrably moved the numbers.
A track record of themed, multi-channel campaign launches where you owned the concept-to-launch arc.
Hands-on influencer / creator marketing — you've built creator programs and pipelines, not just run individual collabs.
A genuine creative engine: you write hooks and copy, you have a real point of view on video, and you can brief a creator or editor and recognize a winning edit.
Performance-literate — you think in CTR, CPM, hook rate, and CAC/CPA. To you, creative is a growth lever, not decoration.
Fast, prolific, and comfortable shipping volume in a test-and-learn environment.
Comfortable owning customer communications across surfaces and working within a regulated environment — you partner well with compliance and legal without losing momentum.
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, mass communication, design, business, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience and a portfolio that speaks for itself.
