Skills & Qualification
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision making
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the team and client
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong technical skills in HRIS, reporting tools, and talent management systems
Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to drive business growth and talent acquisition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee development programs that enhance skills and performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and reduce time-to-hire
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, and present recommendations to drive business decisions
Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of employees
Develop and manage budgets for talent acquisition and employee development initiatives
