Job Description:
Team Leadership
Provide effective leadership to the sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments such sales operations & strategy, merchant happiness & Lending operations
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Monitor and enforce adherence to pricing guidelines, sales policies, and contractual obligations
Sales Planning execution
Responsible for the execution of project events and daily/weekly route planning
Responsible to ensure teams productivity are met
Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as sales revenue, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Merchant Relationship
Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchant
Address merchants inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of merchants satisfaction
Collaborate with the MSE & MSR to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business
Job Requirements:
Communication skills
Leadership skill
3-5 years of experiences, advantage if have any strategic skill
Strong sales field experience
Industry: FMCG, Telco, Banking, E-commerce
Willing to be relocate across Indonesia
