Marketing Executive (BukuPay PH)

Job type: Full Time · Department: Philippines · Work type: On-Site

Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines

The role

The role will be for owning KOL/affiliate journeys end-to-end from sourcing until retaining them.

BukuPay is a QR Soundbox that says every payment out loud, so a merchant never has to check a phone or fall for a fake receipt. In the Philippines it is built for sari-sari stores, carinderias, and market vendors. The creators who sell it best run a shop themselves. #NegosyoMadeEasy.

What you'll own

  • The output: Creators onboarded, posting, and driving orders.

  • The shortlist: Take the raw creator list the sourcing tool pulls each week and check every profile [right audience, real engagement, right kind of shop].

  • Outreach and close: Message every shortlisted creator on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, explain BukuPay, handle the questions, and get to a yes.

  • Onboarding and activation: Walk them through setup, educate them about the product, get the first post out, keep them posting. A creator who signs up and goes quiet does not count.

  • Keep the pipeline current and tell us what is working: which creator profiles convert, which messages get replies, which posts sell.

What success looks like

First 30 days

  • You know BukuPay PH product, the creator profile, and the target audience.

  • A full weekly shortlist worked on your own, outreach out, replies coming back.

  • Your first cohort onboarded and started posting.

By month 3

  • A steady weekly flow of creators contacted, with a reply rate and sales numbers you can quote.

  • A growing base of creators posting and producing orders.

  • A clear read on which creator profile, which content and which channel sells.

What you'll bring

The first three are non-negotiable. We are hiring for judgment and hustle, and for what you have actually run.

Must-have

  • Two to three years in marketing, including at least a year running creator, influencer, or affiliate outreach yourself.

  • Based in Manila and able to work on-site.

  • Fluent in Tagalog and English, and comfortable messaging creators all day.

  • Genuinely into TikTok and Instagram. You can tell a real small-business creator from a lifestyle account in ten seconds. You are into social media and their trends.

  • Organised and reliable. You keep a tracker current and a pipeline moving without being chased.

  • Comfortable with AI tools or quick to pick them up. You will use them every day.

Nice to have

  • Creators work in fintech, payments, or FMCG, or anywhere the creator had to drive an actual sale.

  • You know the sari-sari, carinderia, and palengke world firsthand.

  • You have run a referral or affiliate code programme.

Is this you?

Yes if

  • You want a channel that is yours, with a number attached to it.

  • You like talking to people all day and you do not mind hearing no.

  • You are happy building the process while you run it, because there is no playbook here yet.

No if

  • You want to design content or run the brand [those are separate teams here].

  • You need a big paid budget before you can move anything.

  • You want to hand the work to an agency and manage from a distance.
