Job Descriptions:

  • People Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, turning business challenges into smart people solutions that drive growth.

  • Build manager capability through coaching, training, and resources that help them
    develop their teams, give feedback effectively, and drive performance

  • Performance Management: Own the end-to-end performance system — from framework design to calibration — and coach managers to lead great performance conversations.

  • Compensation & Rewards: Shape fair, competitive pay and equity strategy that rewards performance while keeping the business financially healthy.

  • Organizational Development: Design org structures that scale smoothly, spotting and fixing bottlenecks before they slow the business down.

  • Talent Development: Build clear career paths, succession plans, and leadership pipelines that keep top talent growing and staying.

  • Learning and Development: Create a culture of continuous learning with programs that build skills from onboarding to leadership.

Must-Have

  • Experience: 10+ years in People Strategy at a fast-paced startup which has seen accelerated growth or People /HR leader at a big tech. Have experience working with management & leadership.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in at least 2-3 of the following areas: people partnering/HRBP work, performance management & rewards, learning & development, talent development, or organizational design.

  • Strategic Advisory Skills: Proven ability to partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor - diagnosing people's challenges, presenting options with trade-offs, and influencing decisions without formal authority.

  • Communication and Change Management: Highly concise written and verbal communication. You've successfully led organizational change during scaling - whether implementing new performance systems, restructuring teams, or rolling out cultural initiatives. You know how to bring people along and manage resistance.

  • Builder Mindset: High sense of ownership; you are willing to do the unglamorous work to make things happen. A high attention to detail and process quality without over-engineering.

  • Commercial Mindset: You connect people decisions to business outcomes (revenue, efficiency, growth) and speak the language of business leaders

  • Low-ego, high-ambition & ownership, willingness to take risk, attention to detail; comfortable working behind the scenes with leadership and management to deliver outcomes.

  • Able to bring diverse viewpoints together, resolve conflicts if needed and keep people aligned on what is important.
