We are looking for a People Partner to work closely with leaders and employees to support our people and business needs. You will partner with teams on employee matters, performance, engagement, organization changes, and people programs.

You will be a trusted partner to managers and employees while helping create a positive and effective workplace.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day people matters.

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and workplace concerns.

• Support managers through performance management and employee development.

• Use people data and insights to identify trends and recommend actions.

• Support team engagement and culture initiatives.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and other People teams.

• Support organizational changes, team growth, and workforce planning.

• Help ensure people policies and processes are applied consistently.

• Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and good judgment.

• Contribute to improving People processes and programs.

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of experience in HR, People Partnering, HRBP, or a similar role.

• Experience working with managers and business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

• Good understanding of employee relations, performance management, and people practices.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortable working with data and using insights to solve people challenges.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• High level of integrity, empathy, and confidentiality.

• Experience in a technology, startup, or high-growth company is a plus.
