We are looking for a Senior Director/Vice President, Provider Business Development who will play a critical role in our success supporting Cancer Care. We’ve experienced tremendous growth in the last few years. Now, we’re looking for self-driven individuals who can identify more high-quality, cost-effective providers. Our Centers of Excellence are at the core of our two-sided healthcare marketplace, and this team leads the charge.
You will be responsible for leading Carrum Health’s Center of Excellence (COE) expansion. This role will implement our go-to-market strategy for acquiring high-value provider partners and securing competitive bundled prices for the most prevalent and costly episodic procedures. You will oversee all aspects of network development at Carrum Health.
This is a full time position, the salary range for this role is $120,000 - $165,000 plus variable compensation, depending on level of experience and geographic location.

You’re a veteran in provider-focused business development and want to work in a start-up environment. Your track record speaks for itself, but you’re yearning for an opportunity to take your experience and apply it to a new role with enormous growth. We also hope to see from you:
5+ years provider network development
3+ years at a director-level positions in the healthcare industry
Extensive experience working with large health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and/or individual physician practices
Impeccable professionalism, presence, and credibility in front of highly distinguished and experienced health care administrators, clinicians and employer benefit leaders
Deep knowledge of value-based care models and contracting, including experience with bundled payments
Vision on how to most effectively organize COE network development, including new ideas that Carrum has not tried before
Strong relationships skills to work cross functionally towards key goals, such as hand-off from network development to contracting to COE implementation
Expertise in all aspects of the sales cycle, including sourcing leads, performing initial outreach, developing relationships, and securing buy-in
Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills; able to engage with all levels of an organization
Entrepreneurial vigor – you are highly motivated, bring structure to undefined problems, identify sources of value in complex environments, and convey those to diverse stakeholders in a simple and compelling way
Relentless drive to find creative ways to meet your goals
