The Marketing Events & Operations Manager is the engine room of our commercial team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our event presence—from ordering the booth materials and swag to building the Marketo nurture programs that follow up with attendees. This is a highly technical, execution-focused role that bridges the gap between physical brand presence and digital demand generation.

The salary range for this role is $x -x depending on geography and level of experience, plus equity and an annual bonus.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Campaign Builds & Lead Management: Build, test and manage campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce for email sends, nurture tracks and event-specific triggers (virtual, local and tradeshows).

  • Data Hygiene/Lead Processing: Own the event list and pre-qualification workflow. Scrub, de-duplicate, and upload post-event lead lists. Convert leads to contacts and ensures proper mutli-channel marketing attribution.

  • Operational Logistics: Manage the event prep, including placing exhibit orders with our 3rd party partner, handling logistics, and researching/procuring high-quality brand swag and event site locations.

  • Internal & External Communication: Draft professional event email sequences for attendees and create comprehensive Event Overview Documents to brief internal stakeholders and sales teams.

  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Deliver weekly/monthly Campaign and Email performance reports. Provide quarterly/yearly benchmarking reporting to marketing leaders.

  • Financial Partner: Conduct monthly budget reconciliation to ensure event spend is accurately mapped in Salesforce and work with our internal finance department to help with invoices, vendor payments, etc.

  • System Integration: Maintain a healthy integration between our core tools: Salesforce, Marketo, Zoom and any new tools we add.

We’re excited about you because…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–3+ years in a Marketing Ops or Events Ops role.

  • Project Lifecycle Experience: Proven track record of managing marketing projects from ideation through to completion.*Healthcare benefits experience a plus, but not required.

  • Salesforce: Proficiency in building campaigns and managing lead/contact objects.

  • Marketo: Experience building programs and managing lead flows.

  • Integrations with Zoom Webinars

  • Asana: Experience using project management software to track complex workflows.

  • Productivity Suites: High proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional writing skills for both internal briefing and external marketing; a "no task too small" attitude; and an obsession with data accuracy.
