The Growth Operations Associate is crucial to scaling  initiatives that drive increased utilization of Carrum solutions. You will be responsible for supporting the growth-engine and driving execution of a number of high profile growth priorities, which means you will work closely with senior leaders cross functionally including Sales, Network, Partnerships, Technology, Finance and Operations. This is a pivotal and high-visibility role at Carrum, and a fantastic way to develop expertise in a high growth healthcare technology business.

This is a full time position; the salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 plus bonus, depending on level of experience and geographic location.

  • Lead the execution of strategic initiatives across the full lifecycle, managing timelines, execution priorities and budgets

  • Manage internal expectations and communications to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Perform rigorous data analysis to monitor project effectiveness, financial outcomes, issue resolution, identify trends, and provide troubleshooting for operational challenges to initiative success

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive workflows and secure buy-in for initiatives critical to long-term organizational goals.

  • Synthesize performance data into actionable insights for regular reporting to executives, leveraging high-level visibility to drive organizational change.

  • Help stand up repeatable processes to scale reporting, initiatives and measurement

  • Are highly organized and analytical. You are at home in spreadsheets and other systems of record + analytical tools and can interpret trends, data to get to the right actions  

  • Can strike a balance between quantitative rigor and qualitative, situation-specific nuance

  • Are an adept communicator who can aggregate perspectives across interests and points of view

  • Have experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Preferably, experience with SQL, Project Management software, AI tools and connectors (e.g., Jira, Asana, Hex, Claude, Gemini and MCPs) and basic financial modeling
