The Commercial Partnerships is responsible for identifying and retaining strategic business relationships with consulting firms, educating and building trust in the market, and developing and executing strategies to generate sales leads.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 -$85,000 depending on geography and level of experience, plus equity and additional variable compensation.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Helps Consulting Team build relationships with key consulting/brokerage offices and leadership within a territory

  • Develops, executes, and maintains an effective strategy to secure meetings with key consultants across the country

  • Collaborates with Consulting Team to drive consultant attendance at events

  • Effectively presents Carrum Health's offerings to consultants and brokers

  • Effectively leverages all tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Salesloft, etc. to identify, engage, and target consultants to foster Carrum’s growth initiatives

  • Helps Consulting Team develop and manage a pipeline of consultants and brokers likely to produce leads and sales in alignment with objectives that are established annually

  • Lead Carrum’s relationships with vendor platforms like Shortlister and Benefit Focus

  • Documents all consultant and broker contacts and activities in Carrum Health's sales tools and systems (Salesforce)

  • Executes special projects effectively and in a timely manner

  • Complies with all corporate policies and completes all administrative tasks on time

  • Bachelor's in a business or technical related area of study

  • 2+ years experience in a growth or sales role

  • Embraces and thrives in a start up environment

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently, prioritize work, and coordinate multiple tasks within tight time constraints

  • Ability to navigate the strategic levels of organizations, identify key decision-makers, secure meetings for the Consulting Team

  • Ability to establish strong team relationships

  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Command of social media and marketing campaigns for the benefit of lead generation, gaining access to executives and networking with key stakeholders

  • Strong aptitude with business software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, etc.)

  • Strong business acumen

  • Flexibility in work schedule, ability to travel occasionally
