Skills & Qualification

  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in the fintech industry, preferably in online payments.

  • Prior experience in acquiring Enterprise clients is essential.

  • Deep understanding of the payments space, preferably with experience in e-commerce and/or partners.

  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and methodologies.

  • Experience in product-focused sales with a structured approach to work.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their requirements.

  • Strong business acumen and product expertise with the ability to analyze data and drive business growth.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor intelligence in the payments industry.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Enterprise customers through strategic networking, business development, and relationship building.

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales plans, approaches, and strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customers' needs.

  • Work closely with leadership to define the growth and strategic trajectory of the business.

  • Stay highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong focus on problem-solving and innovation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team and organizational objectives.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor intelligence, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
