Role: AM - HRBP - Non-Tech
The HRBP for the Non-Tech Vertical will act as a strategic partner to the Business team, providing HR guidance and support to achieve business objectives. This role involves implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring that the HR needs of the sales team are met effectively.

The role is ideal for someone looking to learn & grow in the field of HR Business Partnering while gaining hands-on experience in supporting business units with talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Employee Engagement:
Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and feedback.
Support initiatives to promote organizational values and a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
Talent Management:
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
Support various talent management programs for the business units assigned
Support performance management processes, including reviews, IDPs and feedback sessions.
Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs.
Data and Reporting:
Track and analyze HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and engagement scores.
Prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Maintain employee data and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
HR Policy Implementation:
Communicate HR policies and guidelines effectively to employees and ensure compliance.
Provide support in driving various people initiatives.
Collaboration with Business Units:
Partner with business teams to understand their people-related challenges and provide solutions.
Assist in resolving minor employee grievances and escalating more complex issues as needed.
Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights based on feedback.
Organize and facilitate workshops, focus groups, or employee surveys to gather insights on culture.
Projects and Initiatives:
Assist in rolling out organization-wide HR initiatives and projects.
Work on ad hoc tasks and projects to support HR objectives.
What You Will Need:
3 - 6 years of relevant business partnering experience
Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication competencies.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
