About the Job

As an Associate - Product Operations (Profitability) at Cashfree Payments, you will be responsible for driving profitability data with a thorough understanding of TDR/MDR tracking across daily, weekly, and monthly operations and reporting. This role requires a strong ability to contribute to process improvements and automation, owning and executing end-to-end merchant terminal management, and updating relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the profitability data with a thorough understanding of TDR/MDR tracking across daily, weekly, and monthly operations and reporting.

  • Contribute to process improvements and automation, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.

  • Own and execute end-to-end merchant terminal management, ensuring timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Achieve TAT targets consistently, meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.

  • Present data to Business Unit Heads, providing actionable insights and recommendations for business growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve shared goals.

  • Develop and maintain reports and presentations using Microsoft tools, effectively communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Understand and prioritize task alignment, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.

  • Maintain a basic understanding of PG products and features, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends.

  • Utilize category-based pricing knowledge for PG networks and groups to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good command of vocabulary.

  • Must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and solution-focused, with a strong ability to analyze complex problems.

  • Should have a basic understanding of PG products and features, with knowledge of industry trends and developments.

  • Excellent skills in maintaining reports and presentations on Microsoft tools, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights.

  • Should be able to understand the priority alignment of tasks at hand, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

  • Knowledge on category-based pricing for PG networks and groups will be an added advantage.
