Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Business who will drive new business acquisition across large enterprise accounts. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and closing strategic deals with high-value clients in a fast-paced fintech environment.
What You Will Do:
Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting
Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline with a focus on high-value accounts
Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and solution-driven presentations for enterprise clients
Collaborate closely with product, onboarding, and solutioning teams to ensure seamless client acquisition
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the fintech and payments ecosystem
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What You Will Need:
5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales / business development / hunting roles within fintech, payments, or SaaS
Strong track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative sales approach
