Requirements:

• We are looking for a 5–8 year PM who has owned retention/lifecycle for an SMB or SaaS product, driven measurable improvements via experiments, and built engagement systems across app/dashboard/CRM

• Has built growth / retention / lifecycle products

• Is strong on data + experimentation

• Can drive cross-functional alignment without authority

• Thinks in journeys, not features

What you’ll own

• MTU retention and GMV depth

• Merchant experience across dashboard + app

• Lifecycle journeys (activation → habit → growth)

• Engagement loops (notifications, nudges, campaigns)

• Data-led interventions (churn prediction → action)

Think of this as a mini-GM role for SMB experience.
