About the role:

Cashfree Payments is building a dedicated cross-border payments infrastructure for Indian exporters, including SaaS companies, D2C brands, freelancers, and mid-market businesses that get paid internationally. This is a fast-growing segment with active product investment and a sales motion already in market.

This role owns the GTM execution of the product suite for export businesses, covering launches, campaigns, messaging, sales enablement and segment penetration. You will work across product, sales, growth and design and will be responsible for building visibility in the exporter ecosystem, driving adoption of new international payment capabilities, and shaping Cashfree’s positioning for businesses getting paid globally.

What you will own

  • Product launches: Own GTM execution for product releases, including launch assets, sales readiness and post-launch amplification. You own the rollout process and the quality bar for every launch.

  • Messaging and content: Write campaign copy, LinkedIn content angles, and webinar scripts that make Cashfree's value clear to businesses that get paid internationally. 

  • Sales enablement: Keep the sales team armed with current, high-quality materials. Pitch decks, one-pagers, and battle cards, built at launch and maintained as the product and market evolve.

  • Campaign execution and performance: Own the briefs, copy, targeting logic and creative variations for paid and organic campaigns in coordination with digital marketing and social . Track performance and maintain reporting dashboards. 

  • Data Management: Build and maintain targeting lists, work with Sales to identify the right segments by vertical, create personalised outreach assets and track pipeline contribution end-to-end.

What success looks like

Early on, you will drive launches with clear positioning and strong sales readiness, generate engagement with the right segments, and ensure the sales team has what it needs. Over time, you will build a repeatable motion: segment-led campaigns, targeted outreach and consistent messaging that compound into real visibility and pipeline for the exports business.

What we are looking for

3–5 years in product marketing, growth marketing or a GTM role in B2B fintech, SaaS or payments. You do not need a payments background specifically, but you should be curious about how Indian businesses operate internationally and what drives B2B buyer decisions.

  • You are a strong writer. The exporter audience is varied and sceptical of generic fintech messaging. You should be able to write with precision for a business owner evaluating international payments.

  • You own outcomes, not just tasks. You are responsible for pipeline contribution from the exports segment, not just for shipping assets.

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity. Roadmaps shift, and priorities move. You can reprioritise without losing quality on what is already in flight.

  • You are data-driven. You track what moves the pipeline and use performance data to refine messaging, targeting and campaigns.

  • You collaborate effectively with Sales, Growth, Design and Product teams to execute GTM initiatives quickly.
