We are looking for an experienced and driven Program Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong blend of program management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and technical understanding of modern SaaS and cloud-based environments.

You will play a critical role in driving large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering measurable business impact.

Skills & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering or a related field

• Overall experience of 6 to 12 years, with 2–3 years of hands-on software development experience preferred.

• Certifications in Agile methodologies and program management is a plus

• Technology savvy and knowledge of SaaS, Cloud technologies, CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams

• Understand system architecture and technical trade-offs

• Work closely with engineering leaders on technical execution

• Resolve cross-team dependencies and bottlenecks

• Influence technical decisions and execution strategy

• Own large-scale platform or infrastructure programs

• Communicate effectively with engineering, product, and leadership
