Role Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience who thrives on turning raw, complex data into clear business narratives. You won't just be "pulling reports"; you will be responsible for identifying the "Why" behind our metrics. This role requires a blend of sharp analytical intuition and the technical grit to parse and clean messy datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Trend Identification: Analyze large datasets to discover patterns, anomalies, and seasonal trends that impact business performance.

• Complex Data Extraction: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various relational databases.

• Data Parsing & Transformation: Handle "dirty" data by parsing strings, JSON objects, and unstructured fields into clean, analyzable formats.

• Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain automated dashboards that communicate the health of the business to stakeholders.

• Problem Solving: Collaborate with teams to define specific business questions and provide data-backed answers.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in an analytical role.

• Experience working with semi-structured data (JSON/XML).

• Familiarity with Python (Pandas/NumPy) or R for advanced data manipulation.

• Ability to explain technical findings to a non-technical audience clearly
