Senior Associate - Banking Operations

Act as the primary point of contact for the Banking Operations team, specifically supporting Banking Operations for activation for Merchant Account. Serve as a liaison between the internal Banking Operations team and business teams to facilitate projects and terminal procurement.
Act as a POC for all merchant activations, merchant special pricing requests, sales priority requests, and sales request forms for activating an account/payment method in PG, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Possess a basic understanding of PG products and features, including pricing structures and special pricing arrangements, to effectively communicate requirements and track progress.
Comprehend the pricing for PG products and arrangement of special pricing, drive the TID allocation in the same manner, and oversee the distribution of Terminal IDs in accordance with company policies.
Conduct website screenings when necessary, verifying details, ensuring compliance, or preventing fraud to maintain the integrity of the PG system.
Achieve TAT targets consistently, ensuring prompt resolution and project completion, and contribute to process enhancements and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Manage and execute end-to-end cost queries internally, cross-functionally, and with our banking partners, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.

Collaborate with the internal Banking Operations team and business teams to drive process improvements and automation, leveraging expertise and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banking partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
What you will need:
4-6 years of experience in a Banking operations role in Aggregators (Paytm, Razorpay, PayU, Instamojo, etc.), with a strong understanding of PG products and features.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively communicate requirements, progress, and timelines to internal and external stakeholders.
Proven experience with Google Sheets or Excel, with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive business insights and informed decision-making.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including banking partners, to foster effective communication and collaboration.
