We're rebuilding Cashfree's Partner Program — the engine that brings thousands of merchants to us through affiliates, agencies, creators, and consultants. We need someone who can hunt.
This isn't a "help with marketing" internship. You'll own outbound.
Build the list. Find high-fit partners across LinkedIn, Apollo, GitHub, YouTube, Reddit, Discord — wherever they're hiding. The good ones aren't on lead lists.
Send the emails. Write cold sequences that don't sound like cold sequences. Test hooks. Iterate weekly. Kill what doesn't work.
Pick up the phone. When email isn't cracking it, you'll cold call to figure out what messaging actually lands. Talking to 20 prospects in a week teaches you more than a month of A/B tests.
Work the replies. Qualify, book meetings, hand off to partnerships. Follow up till they say yes or no — not till you feel awkward.
Track everything. Sequences sent, reply rates, meetings booked, partners signed, merchants driven. If it's not in the tracker, it didn't happen.
Find new angles. New channels, new ICPs, new offers. Bring ideas to the table — we'll ship the good ones the same week.
You move fast. Most things you ship will be 80% — and that's the right call.
You write like a human. Short, direct, sharp. No "hope this finds you well."
You treat a 2% reply rate as a bug, not a stat.
You're allergic to waiting — for briefs, for approvals, for someone to tell you what's next.
You'd rather send 50 personalized emails than 5,000 spray-and-pray ones (and you know the difference).
Long days don't scare you. The team works hard because the work is fun and the stakes are real.
You've run outbound before — for a side hustle, a college club, a previous gig, your own thing.
You've touched Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Clay, or Sales Navigator.
You've built a community, newsletter, or audience of any kind.
You've sold something to a stranger and enjoyed it.
You'll have contacted 1,000+ partners. You'll have a playbook the team uses after you leave. You'll have your name on partners signed and merchants driven. You'll know more about B2B growth than most full-time marketers.
We'll measure you on outcomes, not hours. But the people who win here put the hours in — that part isn't a secret.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any fresher 2025 or 2026 passout - Available for 6 months internship
Strong analytical and process-driven mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with Partners and internal teams.
Quick learner, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
