Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and enterprise network infrastructure.

• Configure and manage endpoint security and device management tools such as SentinelOne, Netskope, and JumpCloud, including policy/rule configuration and troubleshooting

• Monitor network and endpoint security posture, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.

• Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and backups.

• Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Handle ITSM activities including incident, access, change, and asset management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Cashfree for operational support and maintenance.

• Maintain documentation for configurations, incidents, and operational procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or System Administration.

• Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and enterprise networking technologies.

• Working knowledge of endpoint security and device management tools such as SentinelOne, Netskope, and JumpCloud.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).

• Experience with Active Directory (AD) administration, ITSM processes, troubleshooting, and security monitoring.

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to automation/scripting (Python, Ansible).

• Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.).

• Knowledge of SD-WAN, cloud networking, or SASE technologies.
