Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries from merchants and their developer teams over multiple channels providing them with step-by-step technical assistance
• Ability to demo the Cashfree product suite to merchants on presales/post sales calls and walk them through Product Integration and dashboard
• Technical debugging of merchant environment to enable them to integrate with Cashfree through Mobile, plugins, APIs etc.
• Deep dive and analyse issues end-to-end and efficiently collaborate with other teams to solve critical merchant problems
• Operate on stringent resolution SLAs to resolve business critical problems for Cashfree merchants working and collaborating with engineering and operational teams
• Provide a world class support experience for Cashfree merchants.
• Develop and maintain product level playbooks for team reference, contribute to and manage the repository /knowledge base
• Take up technical value add tasks and initiatives aimed at improving product efficiency

Experience : 3.5 to 6 years of relevant work experience

Requirements:

• Understanding of coding languages like Go/Python/Java, platforms (Android, iOS) with hands-on working experience in at least one of them.
• Strong understanding of running queries using SQL and using APIs on tools like Postman
• Familiarity/experience of using web and mobile tools such as React Native, Flutter, Cordova, Ionic React would be a plus
• Experience in handling technical queries on email/call/chat channels
• Keen eye for technical documentation enhancement
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude and communication skills
• Experience in maintaining and optimizing existing integration solutions to reflect all changes in client’s and internal environments
• Capable of ideating process improvements, mentoring and assisting junior team members.
• Showcase exemplary ownership and accountability in solving, following up and communicating with merchants and internal teams alike
• Lead cross functional collaboration efforts and set the benchmark in performance and adherence within the team
