What You Will Do:

  • The candidate must acquire new customers in the Enterprise category, collaborating with cross-functional teams to stitch together solutions that meet customers' needs.

  • Leads business development, relationship building, stakeholder management, and networking efforts to drive growth and revenue targets.

  • Develops short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Drives innovation, questions the norm, and possesses a strong entrepreneurial drive, with a sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Analyzes market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

  • Works closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives, define growth trajectories, and drive strategic outcomes.

  • Maintains a deep understanding of the payments industry, its trends, and competitor landscape to inform sales strategies and approaches.

  • Fosters strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue targets.

  • Develops and executes effective sales plans, approaches, and strategies to acquire new Enterprise clients and drive business growth.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive revenue growth.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in the fintech industry, preferably in online payments, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue targets.

  • Proven experience in acquiring Enterprise clients, with a strong understanding of the payments industry and its trends.

  • Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, approaches, and techniques, with a focus on driving revenue growth and business development.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

  • Excellent business acumen and product expertise, with a deep understanding of the payments industry and its trends.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and drive strategic outcomes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

  • Proven experience in product-focused sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, approaches, and techniques.

  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans, approaches, and strategies to drive business growth.
