Product Marketing Intern (Secure ID) - 6 months Internship

Job type: Internship · Department: Marketing · Work type: On-Site

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Role: Product Marketing Intern (Secure ID) – 6 Months Internship

Location: Bangalore - Eco-world

At Cashfree Secure ID, we’re not just building B2B fintech products, we’re rewriting the rulebook on identity verification. We believe Secure ID can be the “identity OS” for India’s digital economy. We’re looking for a Technical Content Creator (Intern) who loves teaching tech via YouTube, LinkedIn and blogs and can help shape and tell that story.

What you'll work on:

  • Make tech teachable. Turn our identity‐verification APIs, SDKs and flows (onboarding, video KYC, face match, name match) into crisp, share-worthy content for YouTube tutorials, LinkedIn posts and blog articles.

  • Create content with purpose. Build how-to videos, step-by‐step blogs, LinkedIn explainers, comparison matrices and whatever else helps our audience get the tech and choose Secure ID faster.

  • Think like a product educator and creator. Understand our APIs, use-cases and competitor space deeply, then help show why Secure ID wins and teach it in ways that stick.

  • Market to people who learn. Dive into real user pain points (drop-offs, fraud risk, compliance bottlenecks) and show how we solve them through content that educates and converts.

  • Collaborate like a pro. Work cross-functionally with product, sales, design and ops to ship video scripts, blog drafts and social content that is used, shared and impactful.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Love writing and creating technical content (blogs, LinkedIn posts) and you’re excited about making YouTube or short‐video tutorials.

  • Write clearly and confidently. (Even better if you can explain an SDK or API feature to someone with zero tech background.)

  • Obsess over craft – whether it’s scripting a video, dialing in blog flow, or editing a LinkedIn post until it’s sharp.

  • Are self‐driven, resourceful, and don’t wait around for full briefs – you identify content needs, propose formats, execute.

  • Want to do real work, not just shadow – your content will go live, be used by teams and matter.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have a personal blog, YouTube channel, LinkedIn content series or side project where you teach tech.

  • Are comfortable reading API documentation, SDKs or developer docs and translating them into friendly content.

  • Know basic video editing, social‐first formats, blog CMS workflows (or are eager to learn).

  • Are hungry to learn fast and grow your creative/technical skills.

This isn’t your average intern role. You’ll be a creator, an educator, a storyteller for tech. If you’re looking to launch your career in tech content creation, teaching complex ideas simply, and being part of India’s fastest moving identity/regtech team, let’s talk.
