Founding GTM
Job type: Full Time · Department: GTM · Work type: Remote
Argentina; Nicaragua; United States
Location: Remote / Americas (South / Central / North)
Chiri is paving the roadway for the convergence of the human and digital workforces. We’re building the AI control plane that connects enterprise systems, unifies institutional knowledge, and safely deploys agents with real governance.
We’re hiring a founding revenue demand marketing person with the heart of a marketer, the brain of an engineer, and the soul of a seller.
You’re here to create pull—fast. Turn “interesting concept” into qualified demand that shows up on calendars. No brand theater. No decks-as-progress. Ship, measure, compound. It’s a unique opportunity with a transformational company driven by founders with previous exits, including:
CTO as cracked as they come who will enable the tech you need
CEO who builds revenue generating features while on calls with prospects
President who was the first exec hire at Instacart and helped build the gig economy
COO driving brand who has been a S&P 500 CMO
Make the category inevitable: “AI control plane” becomes obvious, urgent, and easy to repeat.
Pick the wedge and punch through: Find the ICP + use cases that create immediate pain (governed agents, permissions, audit trails, multi-model control).
Build the demand machine: Attention → intent → qualified meetings. Measured. Tuned weekly.
Be the mad scientist: Treat GTM like a lab. Constantly test new AI tools, workflows, and agents—break things (without hurting the brand - running with scissors is OK - but keep the point down), learn fast, keep what compounds, kill what doesn’t.
AI-native output: Use agentic workflows to do the work of a full team—content, distribution, outbound support, lifecycle, ops, analytics, video/image gen, content schedules—without the headcount.
Win discovery in the LLM era: SEO + LLM discovery (LLMEO / GEO / AEO). Show up where buyers ask questions now.
Turn governance into growth: Make security/traceability/permissions a buying trigger, not a blocker.
Bring back truth: Objections, pull quotes, lost reasons, copy that converts—fed back into product + messaging fast.
You respond to the dizzying pace of AI news cycles immediately to take advantage of possibilities for virality.
Prospects repeat your positioning back to you.
A weekly cadence of experiments shipped, measured, and either scaled or killed.
A steady stream of high-intent conversations with the right buyers.
Clear signal on which ICP + use cases convert—and why.
You’ve built demonstrable demand in B2B (AI, infra, security, data, enterprise software preferable, but not a deal breaker).
You’ve built GTM workflows with modern AI tooling (Claude Code / agentic automations / programmatic personalization / data-enriched targeting). Just having used ChatGPT or Gemini to help write posts isn’t sufficient.
You’re AI-forward to the core: hungry to try new tools, iterate fast, fail loudly, and keep evolving your stack.
You know the difference between what AI can do and what you can do with taste and judgment.
You understand SEO and LLM-era discovery—and you measure intent, not vanity.
You write and ship fast: landing pages, sequences, posts, experiments—whatever moves the needle.
You have a seller’s instinct: you know what creates urgency, what triggers action, and what gets ignored.
You’re allergic to theory and addicted to throughput.
You’re willing to truly be omnichannel. Working through channels that you may not have worked on before but you know you can dominate by learning and iterating,
When you see this actual post on LinkedIn, do you say: A) “That’s a stretch.” Or B) “Hold my beer.”
The Post. It’s real: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/alex-lieberman_a-guy-i-know-is-taking-ai-to-its-extreme-activity-7424559191144427520-O1Al?
“a guy i know is taking ai to it's extreme.
tmrw i go live w/ him and you're invited.
yesterday he did:
- 40 facebook ads
- 100 landing pages
- wrote 3 guest blog posts for backlinks
- booked himself on 4 podcasts with a cold email automation
- wrote 5 help desk articles
- edited two vlog videos
- scheduled 25 tweets across accounts
- wrote 2 pieces of scripting software to give away as linkedin lead magnets
- baked bread from scratch and made katsu sandos for his fiancé”
We’ve left some space where you can tell us why you’re a fit. Things like:
2–3 examples where you personally generated demand (meetings, pipeline, conversion lifts) and how you did it
The AI-native workflow you use today (tools + what you automate)
One experiment you’d run immediately for Chiri (hypothesis + execution plan)
Something else we haven’t thought of.
