Commercial Account Executive - Hunter (Brazil)

About the Role:

As an Account Executive focused on new business development, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new customers for CleverTap offerings. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive with a hunter mentality to join our growing team.

What will you do:

  • Own and exceed business targets for the respective account patch by proactively hunting new business 

  • Establish and build strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and creating compelling value propositions

  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and guide prospects and customers through the sales cycle to achieve monthly sales quotas

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline for the current and next quarter, negotiating agreements to close deals with prospects and customers

  • Collaborate with partners to scale the business and maximize opportunities

  • Manage Salesforce data daily, including meeting notes, sales funnel updates, etc

  • Maintain post-sales interactions with customers to build long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS business development/selling roles

  • Stronger fit exists for those having experience in working in Startup with a go-getting, hands-on approach, plugged into a hyper-growing sales organization

  • Connect and contacts in the potential customer ecosystem

  • Candidates proficient in Portuguese/English speaking is a must

  • Conceptual understanding of SaaS / Cloud is required

  • Proven experience in leading and building a client portfolio in Brazil region

  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

  • Organizational and time-management skills

  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills by seamlessly working with BDRs, SDRs, Partners, SE, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified and effective approach in growing the business

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment

  • Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to uncover new business opportunities

  • Experience managing transactional deals
