Account Executive (Farmer)

About the Role:
As a Farming Account Executive, you will be responsible for renewals and stakeholder management.
In close collaboration with Customer Success Managers and Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for executive-level stakeholders. Your core responsibilities include driving contract renewals, identifying expansion opportunities to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and leading commercial discussions such as pricing and contract negotiations.
Day-to-day, you will focus on nurturing sponsors, mapping all relevant stakeholders and their needs, aligning them with the appropriate CleverTap product solutions, conducting QBR, workshop and overseeing the full renewal lifecycle.
What will you do:
Achieve Q-o-Q sales quotas
Build a pipeline for the current quarter + next quarter
Build and manage relationships with customers & partners
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Mitigate churn through early renewals
Navigate account through internal stakeholders and customer champions
Work with partners and scale through them
Manage the Salesforce data on a daily basis with meeting notes, sales funnel updation, etc
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ satisfaction
What are we looking for?
Must Have:
- 5-7+ year experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales, ideally in SaaS
- Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences and various levels of management.
- Strong connections with Senior Marketing Executives, IT management, Database administrators, and Data Scientist from banking, BFSI, retailers, gaming, OTT brands.
- Proven track record of building relationships and need discovery with senior customer executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
- Strategic mindset with proven project management and time management capabilities
- Skilled in contract negotiation and navigating complex legal discussions
- Adaptable and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environments
- Familiarity with SaaS, Martech, or tech-enabled solutions.
- Stronger fit exists for those having experience in working in Startup with a go-getting, hands-on approach, plugged into a hyper-growing sales organisation
- Ability to present and articulate key value propositions to CXO’s, decision makers and influencers in the assigned account with excellent communication skills in a B2B2C setup.
- Proven experience in account management and growing the business in the existing accounts in Vietnam region
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles- be discipline, consistency and can do attitude
- Proficiency in Bahasa and English
Good to Have:
- Good understanding of the MarTech domain is preferred
- Number driven approach towards accounts, targets, regional planning and retention rates is helpful
- Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
