About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (SPMM) to drive market-facing strategy, sharpen our competitive edge, and accelerate growth across key verticals. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, acting as the voice of the market internally and the voice of the product externally.
You will play a critical role in shaping product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, while partnering closely with sales and demand generation teams to improve pipeline quality and win rates.
What will you do :
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Track market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape; build and maintain competitive intelligence frameworks and benchmarking analysis
Develop actionable sales tools such as battle cards, objection-handling frameworks, and deal insights
Act as a bridge between field teams and product, ensuring market feedback informs product strategy
Product Positioning & Messaging
Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks
Craft clear, differentiated narratives tailored to ICPs, segments, and buying personas
Simplify complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric value propositions
Adapt messaging across multiple audiences, including prospects, customers, analysts, and internal stakeholders
Sales Enablement
Create and maintain high-impact sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI tools)
Enable and train sales teams to improve win rates and deal velocity
Develop objection-handling guides and competitive battle cards
Vertical Strategy & Demand Generation
Define TAM, TAL, and segmentation strategies, including micro-segmentation
Identify high-potential use cases and whitespace opportunities
Partner with digital marketing and design teams to execute targeted campaigns that drive pipeline
Collaborate with sales to improve conversion across key verticals
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and leadership without direct authority
Present strategies and recommendations confidently to senior leadership
Drive alignment while managing competing priorities
Communicate with clarity across internal forums and customer facing interactions
What are we looking for ?
Must Have:
4–6 years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or related roles (preferably in SaaS/B2B tech)
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, sales cycles, and enterprise buying behavior
Experience partnering closely with sales teams and driving measurable revenue outcomes
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Good to have :
Experience working in high-growth or category-creating SaaS environments, especially in MarTech, Customer Engagement, or AI-led products
Exposure to analyst relations, customer marketing, or working with tools like CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to influence through narratives across formats (decks, campaigns, thought leadership)

Improved conversion rates and higher win rates across key segments
Faster deal cycles and strong adoption of sales enablement assets
Increased pipeline contribution from target verticals and better competitive wins
