About the Role

As a Treasury Analyst on our Treasury Team, you will own daily cash activity and bank reconciliations while also supporting treasury operations. To drive success in this role, you will need an automation-first mindset, knowledge of foreign currency risk, and a passion for corporate treasury. You will be responsible for recording and reconciling daily cash activity, analyzing currency exposure, and improving and automating existing workflows. Regular collaboration with teams such as Financial Operations, Financial Reporting, FP&A, and Tax will be key to ensuring your objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile bank activity for cash accounts, ensuring timely and accurate alignment with internal financial systems

• Leverage technology to improve treasury operations and forecasts, including the use of treasury management systems

• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of treasury operations / forecasting

• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks including FX and interest rate risk

• As needed, support the execution and accounting of hedging strategies

• AD Hoc projects upon business requests

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field

• 2+ years of experience in corporate treasury 

• Treasury experience supporting domestic and international operations

• Proficiency in Google Suite with an emphasis on Excel/Google Sheets

• Familiarity with Netsuite and Netsuite report building

• Treasury Management system experience a plus (currently using Coupa Treasury but considering new system)

• HSBCnet experience a plus

• Global treasury experience with multinational companies

• A resourceful and creative problem solver with excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Positive attitude with the ability to build rapport inside and outside of the Company

• Ability to multitask in a very fast pace and fluid environment

• Insurance knowledge a plus
