About the Role

As a Temp Recruiting Coordinator on our Talent Acquisition Team, you will own scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews. To drive success in this role, you will be incredibly organized and possess a highly tuned sense for detail. As the Temp Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling all focus round interviews and will assist our recruiters with other coordination and administrative tasks from time to time.  Regular collaboration with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers will be key in ensuring fast and efficient scheduling and will improve our candidate experience.

Temporary role: 5 - 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens with efficiency (main responsibility). 

  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Schedule internal recruitment related meetings (kickoffs, calibration sessions, feedback sessions).

  • Occasionally arrange travel for visiting candidates.

  • Post job ads.

  • Help maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring that all data is correct and entered in a timely manner.

  • Updating candidates on interview status via phone and email.

  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

  • Manage and balance a large number of interview requests while staying organized.

What you will bring

  • 1+ yrs of experience with scheduling and coordination.

  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in the Google workspace suite of tools.

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other HR system experience is preferred.
