About the Role

As our Global Events Manager, you'll step into a key role as the strategic orchestrator for our global event presence. This isn't just about logistics; it’s about embedding high-level strategy into every activation to ensure we aren’t just building awareness, but deeply engaging with our most significant global partners.

As the architect of our global events strategy, you will move us beyond 'one-size-fits-all' trade shows into a diversified portfolio of curated experiences—ranging from high-profile sports sponsorships to intimate, premier thought leadership dinners. You’ll define our presence across various industry verticals, building the playbooks that allow us to scale without losing a personalized touch. If you are a resourceful builder who thrives on experimenting with new formats, managing creative agency partners, and driving tangible demand generation results, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Strategy & ABM Alignment: Develop and own the annual global events strategy, ensuring our efforts prioritize targeted engagement that accelerates pipeline and deepens key account relationships.

  • Playbook Creation & Scalability: Build scalable "Event in a Box" playbooks that empower our regional teams to execute with operational excellence and brand consistency across the globe.

  • Sports & Entertainment Partnerships: Maximize the value of our sports and entertainment sponsorships by designing creative hosting opportunities and hospitality experiences for C-level targets.

  • Experiential Agency Management: Source and partner with boutique agencies to pilot unique, intimate event formats like salons and private retreats that foster thought leadership.

  • Demand Generation & Insight: Treat events as a performance channel, working closely with Ops to track account engagement and ensure every activation translates into actionable revenue metrics.

  • Community & Advisory Boards: Lead the strategy and logistics for our Customer Advisory Boards and Executive Councils, ensuring a premier, high-touch experience for our VIP stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

  • B2B High-Growth SaaS Experience: You have at least 5-7+ years in B2B SaaS event marketing with a deep understanding of how to tailor experiences for specific named accounts (ABM).

  • Strategy + Execution: You have a proven ability to build a global vision from scratch while remaining scrappy and resourceful enough to roll up your sleeves for flawless execution.

  • Sponsorship & Agency Leadership: You have a strong history of managing external agencies and leveraging sports/entertainment sponsorships for high-level relationship building.

  • Executive Presence: You are deeply comfortable interacting with founders and C-suite executives, acting as a "trusted advisor" when designing VIP dinners and Advisory Board sessions.

  • Analytical Fluency: You are proficient with CRM and marketing automation tools, with the ability to translate event activity into clear narratives around pipeline influence.

  • Vertical Expertise: You have experience creating tailored messaging and event tracks for distinct industry verticals like Fintech, Travel, and Retail.

What You Will Have

  • Resourceful Creativity: A "builder" mindset with the ability to find creative solutions and execute high-impact experiences even when resources are lean.

  • Strategic Project Orchestration: Exceptional organization and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Resilient Communication: A master communicator who can influence diverse stakeholders and remain agile in a fast-paced environment.

  • Outcome-Oriented Tenacity: A results-driven attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and enhancing the partner experience.
