Role: Junior Associate, GTM Strategy & Operations

We're looking for a motivated and analytical GTM Strategy & Operations Junior Associate  to support our commercial, product and internal teams. You'll play a key role in helping us build and implement processes, track critical data, and turn that data into actionable insights, with a strong focus on using HubSpot. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global fintech company and contribute to our strategic growth.

What You'll Do: Drive Operational Excellence & Strategic Growth

  • Improve how we operate: You'll help our commercial teams get better at what they do. This means looking at how we currently do things, finding ways to make them simpler and faster, and helping put those changes in place using tools like HubSpot, Jira and AI tools. Your work will make it easier for everyone to do their jobs well.

  • Leverage data to help us make better decisions: You'll be important in making sure the information we have in our customer system (HubSpot) is correct and up to date. This data helps us understand what's working and what's not. You'll create simple reports and dashboards that show us important trends and help leaders make smart decisions about how we grow.

  • Build tools and materials to empower teams: You'll create helpful guides and materials for the Partnerships and Partner Services teams. This will help them learn new tools and follow new steps. By making sure they have the right information and resources, you'll help them be more productive and reach their goals.

  • Be a connector: You'll work with different teams across the company to make sure they have the information and smooth processes they need to be successful. You'll help simplify tasks that take up a lot of time, so teams can focus on the bigger picture and achieve what they set out to do.

What You'll Get: Valuable Experience and Growth

  • Hands-On Experience: You'll gain practical experience in a fast-paced, global fintech environment, working directly on projects that impact our go-to-market strategy and operations.

  • Skill Development: You'll develop valuable skills in the tools actually used in a scaleup business, techniques for process improvement, data management and analysis, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Mentorship and Guidance from Experts: You'll have the unique opportunity to receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals who have successfully navigated scale-up strategies and built high-performance teams in the tech and fintech sectors.

  • Exposure to Strategy: You'll get exposure to how a high-growth company develops and executes its go-to-market strategy, understanding the interplay between operations and strategic objectives.

  • Contribution to Growth: You'll see the direct impact of your work on improving efficiency and enabling data-driven decisions that contribute to Cover Genius's growth.

  • Launch Your Career: This internship is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in consulting, technology, or other high-performance environments, providing a strong foundation of practical skills and strategic understanding.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering,…) and available for a 4-8 month internship period.

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and design scalable processes

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Google Sheets/Excel).
