Role: Associate to the CFO (Strategy & Transformation)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to the CFO to serve as a "Force Multiplier" for our Finance and Strategy leadership. This isn’t a typical back-office finance internship; you will be the right hand to our CFO, helping manage a massive finance transformation and ensuring our most critical strategic projects stay on track. Reporting to the Manager of Business Operations, you will play a key role in building processes, tracking critical data, and turning that data into actionable insights across Finance, GTM, and Strategy.

What You'll Do: Drive Operational Excellence & Strategic Growth

  • Be the "Pulse" of the Transformation: You will own the rhythm of our transformation roadmap. This means running standups, managing weekly meeting agendas, and ensuring that strategic initiatives, like shortening our month-end close, don't just stay on paper, but actually happen.

  • Bridge Finance & Strategy: Your work will live at the intersection of both Finance, Strategy and Revenue Operations (the 3 teams seating under our CFO). You’ll help translate raw business activity into executive level insights, building KPIs and dashboards that go straight to the Board of Directors.

  • Act as a Strategic Connector: You will be a key point of contact between the CFO’s office and other VPs and C-level executives. You’ll be responsible for "chasing" updates, aligning stakeholders across GTM and Product, and ensuring that department heads are delivering on their strategic commitments.

  • Execute Cross-Functional Projects: You won’t be boxed into Finance. You’ll jump onto high-impact projects across GTM, internal operations, and corporate strategy solving problems and driving initiatives wherever the business needs it most.

  • Operational Rigor: You’ll turn complex, high level conversations into actionable to-do lists, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks as we scale.

What You'll Get: High-Level Access and Growth

  • C-Suite Proximity: You will work on projects that directly impact the CFO’s agenda, gaining an inside look at how a global company is steered at the highest level.

  • Dedicated Mentorship: While you'll support the CFO, you’ll report to the Manager of Business Operations, ensuring you have consistent 1:1 time, clear feedback, and a structured path for growth.

  • Cross-Functional Versatility: You won't just learn Finance; you’ll understand the interplay between GTM, Strategy, and Ops, building a versatile toolkit perfect for a future career in VC, consulting, or entrepreneurship.

  • Ownership & Autonomy: We’re looking for a "Founder’s Associate" mindset. You’ll be given real responsibility from day one to manage processes that affect the entire organization.

  • Launch Your Career: This role provides the operational "scrappiness" and strategic polish required for the most competitive roles in the tech ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Masters degree or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering,…) and available for a 4-8 month internship period.

  • Hyper-Organized & Proactive: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a gap and you fill it. You’re comfortable "managing up" to senior leaders to keep projects moving.

  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with data. While you don't need to be a developer, you should be proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; a basic understanding of SQL is a plus.

  • Excellent Communication: You can hold your own in a room with VPs and C-level execs, communicating clearly, professionally, and with a touch of persistence.

A "Founder's Associate" Mindset: You are curious, hands-on, and not afraid to dig into problems, whether they are related to a balance sheet or a GTM process.
