About the Role

We're building a new product team within our Travel & Ticketing domain. This team will own the full end-to-end journey of new protections and ancillaries for online travel agencies, airlines, hotel operators, car rental companies, ticketing companies and more. Our  mission as a domain is to grow the share of wallet across every trip a traveller takes, expanding the breadth of benefits available to customers at every stage of their journey.

As Product Manager, you'll be a founding voice on this team. You'll define and execute a product roadmap that launches new protection and convenience products from zero to one — blending deep customer understanding, data-driven experimentation, and close partnership with engineering and design to deliver measurable impact at scale. This is a high-ownership role for a PM who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and cares deeply about building products and services that our partners are excited to launch and customers actually love.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Discovery & Strategy

  • Lead structured discovery cycles to identify, validate, and prioritize new protection and ancillary opportunities across the travel customer journey.

  • Synthesize customer research, partner data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to shape a compelling product roadmap.

  • Define clear problem statements and opportunity hypotheses that ground the team in customer reality before significant investment is made.

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery of new products from discovery through launch and iteration, working closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams.

  • Manage dependencies across teams, and keep delivery predictable without sacrificing quality.

  • Balance speed and quality, making informed trade-offs between scope, impact, and risk at every stage.

Customer Value & Outcomes

  • Deeply understand the needs of both travellers and our OTA/airline/hotel partners, translating insights into products that create tangible value.

  • Define and own OKRs that reflect both user outcomes and business results; analyse performance regularly and adapt priorities based on evidence.

  • Use data storytelling to align stakeholders on priorities and communicate the 'why' behind product decisions.

Stakeholder Alignment & Influence

  • Align engineering, design, commercial, and partner-facing teams on goals, sequencing, and success criteria.

  • Anticipate and proactively resolve misalignments before they impact delivery.

  • Craft compelling narratives that connect customer opportunity to business outcomes for audiences ranging from engineers to executives.

AI & Emerging Technology

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, data analysis, and hypothesis validation across the product lifecycle.

  • Stay current on how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping travel commerce and embedded insurance distribution.

  • Apply AI thoughtfully to enhance product quality and team efficiency, aligned with ethical standards and long-term strategy.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within travel, e-commerce, fintech, or insurtech.

  • Demonstrated ability to launch products from zero to one. You're comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at creating structure where little exists.

  • Strong discovery instincts: you combine qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and market insight to validate ideas before building.

  • Experience owning OKRs and shipping products that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

  • Excellent communicator who can adapt messaging for engineers, commercial partners, and senior leadership alike.

  • Commercially minded: you understand how product decisions translate to revenue, retention, and partner value.

  • Hands-on with data: comfortable defining metrics, building lightweight analyses, and turning data into actionable decisions.

  • Familiarity with B2B2C platforms or embedded product models is a plus.

  • Bonus points if you understand AI not just as a productivity tool but as a product capability. Able to evaluate where ML/AI creates genuine customer value versus where it adds complexity.

Proficiencies and Attributes:

  • Driven, energetic, and a "good enough is not enough" mentality.

  • Strong sense of ownership over all aspects of the product.

  • Sense of urgency in addressing issues.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Result-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Positive approach to change and adaptability.
