Cover Genius is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sr. Partner Growth Manager- Travel to lead the growth and development of our travel partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our product offerings, and building strong relationships with our partners.

Proven experience in partner growth management, with a focus on the travel industry
Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools, such as Salesforce and Google Analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the travel industry and trends
Fluency in multiple languages, preferably including English, Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic
Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand product offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize partner performance and drive revenue growth
Develop and manage partner marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Provide regular business updates and insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions
Identify and pursue opportunities for new partnerships and revenue streams
Develop and manage partner onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless partner experience
Lead and manage a team of partner growth managers to drive business growth and expand product offerings
