About the Role
The Tax Senior will support global income tax and indirect tax compliance activities by executing day-to-day tax work, coordinating data collection, preparing work papers and filings, coordinating data collection, and supporting audits and tax-related inquiries. The role will work closely with the Tax Manager and Senior Indirect Tax Manager to improve execution efficiency, documentation, and consistency across the tax function.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and support global income tax compliance, including workpapers, data gathering, and coordination with external advisors as needed
Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provision processes under ASC 740, including supporting schedules and reconciliations
Support indirect tax compliance activities (e.g. VAT, GST, Sales Tax) through internal data preparation, reconciliations, and documentation
Support tax-related monthly close activities, including preparation of tax journal entries and related account reconciliations
Assist with miscellaneous tax obligations, including property taxes, annual reports, and unclaimed property
Track tax filing calendars, deadlines, and deliverables
Support audits, notices, and information requests
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or MST preferred
3-6 years of experience in tax, with exposure to both income tax and indirect tax; Public accounting and/or in-house
Experience supporting income tax compliance and provision (ASC 740)
Experience supporting indirect tax compliance (e.g. VAT, GST, Sales Tax)
Strong organizational, analytical, and execution skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work cross-functionally

*The cash compensation range for this role is $100,000- $130,000. Compensation will vary based on experience.
