About the Role

At Cover Genius, we don’t just offer insurance; we build the tech that protects the world’s largest digital footprints. As our Enterprise Account Executive for the North American Shipping & Logistics vertical, you aren't just selling a product- you’re re-architecting how global commerce handles risk.

You will be the architect of high-stakes partnerships, navigating the complex waters of 3PLs, freight forwarders, carriers, and marketplaces. If you have a passion for "un-breaking" the traditional logistics journey and a hunter’s instinct for closing complex deals, you’ve found your next port of call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Conquest: Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for the North American logistics segment- from initial research and "cold-to-gold" lead gen to high-level executive negotiations.

  • The Value Narrative: Educate and consult with industry giants, positioning our embedded solutions as the "secret sauce" that optimizes their customer journey and creates immediate urgency.

  • The War Room: Lead a "special forces" team of Solution Engineers, BDRs, and Field Marketers to craft pitches that don't just land-they resonate.

  • Industry Presence: Become the face of Cover Genius at major industry events, turning handshakes into high-value pipeline.

  • Pipeline Mastery: Use a multi-channel approach (LinkedIn, referrals, strategic events) to build a robust, sustainable engine of short and long-term opportunities.

What you will bring:

  • The Proven Blueprint: 5+ years of success selling SaaS, Logistics tech, or Embedded Insurance into the North American logistics ecosystem.

  • Closing Power: A documented history of crushing KPIs and exceeding targets in high-pressure, high-reward environments.

  • The Orchestrator: Experience leading diverse internal and external stakeholders through the labyrinth of complex, enterprise-level deal cycles.

  • Versatility: The ability to sprint through fast-paced sales cycles while simultaneously playing the long game on multi-million dollar strategic accounts.

*The cash compensation for this role is $150,000 base plus commission
