About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Treasury & Compliance Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between our Treasury and Risk functions. This is a critical "hub" role where you will manage the administrative lifecycle of our banking relationships, ensure we remain compliant with global regulations (KYC/ AML), and facilitate smooth payment operations through rigorous sanctions screening

Key Responsibilities

Payment Service Provider (PSP) Management

  • Act as the primary contact for PSP vendors

  • Monitor account health, manage portal access, and troubleshoot administrative issues

  • Assist in the onboarding of new payment providers and bank accounts

  • Support general inquires form the business, its banking partners and PSPs

KYC & AML Coordination

  • Maintain up-to-date KYC documentation for the company, it's subsidiaries and directors.

  • Respond to periodic KYC refreshers from external financial institutions as well as other 3rd parties.

  • Support the broader compliance team with AML monitoring and reportings.

Operational Administration & Documentation

  • Manage required signatures from C-suite executives and Directors to ensure legal documents, KYC attestations and bank mandates are signed properly

  • Organize and maintain a digital repository of all treasury-related documents and assist the Compliance team with management of our Corporate register of entities.

  • Keep an updated list of authorized signatories for banking purposes.

Sanctions & Payment Support

  • Collaborate with Payment Officers to conduct real-time sanctions screens for manual payment requests.

  • Investigate and resolve "stuck" or rejected payments both within our systems and the PSPs.

  • Act as a Junior Admin for banking platforms; setting up new users, resetting passwords, and auditing user permissions quarterly

  • Maintain authorized signatory list, ensuring it stays updated as leadership changes

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

  • Track upcoming deadlines for Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other statutory filings.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of periodic regulatory reports for all global entities

  • to ensure all subsidiary filings are completed accurately and on schedule to maintain Good Standing.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

  •  2-4 years of experience in international treasury operations, payments, banking compliance or Fintech experience

  • Payments experience supporting domestic and international operations

  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC/CTF frameworks and Sanctions regimes (0FAC, EU, UN)

  • Proficiency in Google Suite with an emphasis on Excel/Google Sheets

  • Experience with banking portals is a plus

  • HSBCnet experience a plus
