About the Role

As the Marketing & Growth Operations Manager, you will be the architect of our next-generation go-to-market engine. We are transitioning to a sophisticated ABM-led powerhouse, and we need a visionary operator to lead a complete "ground-up" rebuild of our MarTech stack. You will leverage AI agents to eliminate manual toil and build the intent-capture framework that identifies our next big partners before they even find us.

What You’ll Do

  • Architecture & Migration: Lead a "ground-up" rebuild of our MarTech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, and Enrichment layers). You will own the migration strategy, data mapping, and systems integration to ensure our infrastructure can support 10x scale without breaking.

  • AI Orchestration: Beyond simple automation, you will architect and deploy AI agents to handle top-of-funnel research, autonomously clean incoming lead data, and draft hyper-personalized outbound snippets for the sales team, significantly reducing manual rep toil.

  • Intent-Capture Framework: Design and manage our "Early Warning System" by aggregating first-party web signals and third-party intent data (e.g., 6sense, G2, Bombora). You will build the logic that converts "anonymous spikes" into actionable, prioritized account lists for our Sales and BDR teams.

  • ABM & Growth Engine: Partner with Marketing and Sales to operationalize the "Double Funnel." You will build the account-to-lead matching logic and the automated "Plays" that trigger when a target account moves from the "Awareness" to "Consideration" stage.

  • Lead Flow & Lifecycle Management: Own the "Traffic Control" of our funnel. You will optimize the lead-routing engine to ensure <5 minute response times for high-intent inbound, while building automated "recycle" loops for accounts that aren't quite ready to buy.

  • RevOps Partnership: Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and RevOps. You will ensure that marketing’s data architecture aligns perfectly with Sales Cloud structures, ensuring attribution isn't lost as a prospect moves from an ad click to a closed-won deal.

  • The "Growth Lab": Design, launch, and statistically analyze A/B and multivariate tests across our digital footprint. Whether it’s testing friction in signup forms or the effectiveness of AI-generated email subject lines, you will be the final word on what stays and what gets cut.

  • Full-Funnel Visualization: Build and maintain high-fidelity dashboards that don't just show clicks, but track Pipeline Velocity, LTV/CAC ratios, and Account Engagement Scores. You will provide the leadership team with the "So-What" behind the numbers every week.

Why You’ll Do It

We’re passionate about protecting the customers of the world’s largest digital companies. To do that, we need a digital nervous system that is as innovative as our product. You aren't just maintaining a system; you are building the engine that allows Cover Genius to identify, engage, and win the world’s biggest partnerships.

To help us level up, you’ll ideally have:

  • Experience: 4–6 years in Marketing/Growth Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

  • The "Builder" Track Record: Proven experience building a MarTech stack from the ground up, specifically managing HubSpot and CMS platforms.

  • ABM Mastery: Hands-on experience setting up and operating ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.

  • AI Fluency: Practical experience building processes with AI agents or inbound optimization tools like Qualified.

  • Data Mastery: Data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) to build complex performance dashboards.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Analytical Rigor: A bias for data-backed decision-making and a love for A/B testing and optimization.

  • Collaborative Spirit: The ability to speak "Sales" and "Product" fluently, working cross-functionally to align on GTM goals.

  • Adaptability: A thrive-in-chaos mindset; you’re comfortable stripping a system down and rebuilding it while the business is scaling.

  • Boldness: You don't just follow best practices; you're looking for the next way to use technology to gain a competitive edge.
