As a Sr. Partner Growth Manager in our Shipping & Logistics vertical, you will act as the commercial architect for our highest-value global partnerships. This is a high-impact role designed for a top-tier performer who thrives at the intersection of commercial strategy, operational execution, and partner advocacy.
Because our revenue model is based on policy consumption rather than traditional SaaS fees, you are the "quarterback" of the post-sale lifecycle. Your success is measured by your ability to drive adoption, increase attach rates, and ensure our solutions are deeply integrated into the partner’s business from onboarding through long-term expansion.
Account & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive plans that prioritize yield optimization and pricing strategy to drive higher attach rates.
Commercial Execution: Lead the end-to-end growth trajectory of partnerships, taking full operational ownership from onboarding to revenue realization.
Executive Presence: Act as a trusted advisor to executives and founders, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and articulating value propositions and strategic roadmaps.
Account Navigation: Proactively identify and engage the right stakeholders within a partner's organization to handle objections and bypass roadblocks to growth.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with internal Technical Customer Success Engineers (CSEs), Product, and Marketing to ensure user journeys are optimized for performance.
7+ years Experience: Proven track record in partner-facing roles (Account Management, Sales, or Consulting) with significant exposure to executives.
Proven Growth Methodology: Ability to demonstrate a clear framework for developing account plans and executing against aggressive growth targets.
Sales & Negotiation Acumen: Expert at handling objections and navigating complex organizational structures to reach decision-makers.
Data & UX Fluency: Ability to use data to identify utilization trends and work with partners to optimize the integration design and user journey.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to articulate complex roadmaps and business cases to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Operational Ownership: A "get it done" mindset—taking responsibility for the last mile of execution to ensure policies are purchased and revenue is generated.
Travel & Presence: Based in Amsterdam (preferred) or London on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). Ability to travel 20-30% within Europe for customer sites and events.
