About the Role

As a Partner Growth Manager within our Live Entertainment and Ticketing vertical, you will act as a strategic architect for some of the most recognizable names in the global events industry like Ticketmaster or AXS.

This is not a traditional account management role. It is a high-impact, high-visibility position designed for a top-tier performer with a consulting or technical background who thrives at the intersection of data science, UX optimization, and commercial strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end growth trajectory of our highest-value partnerships, leveraging a sophisticated, API-led platform to solve complex revenue problems for leading global businesses, helping them harness the full potential of embedded protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth Roadmapping: Develop and lead the execution of long-term growth roadmaps for a portfolio of top-tier North American Digital Commerce partners, focusing on scaling embedded protection revenue through conversion rate and price optimization.

  • Consultative Solution Design: Act as a primary consultant during the integration of new partners, designing optimized, user-centric insurance placement solutions that align with the partner’s specific digital commerce ecosystem.

  • Data-Driven Insight Synthesis: Transform complex data sets into actionable insights and forecasts, providing North American partners with regular, high-level commentary on adoption trends, utilization, and untapped growth levers.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the central hub between Partnership Leads, Data Scientists, and Insurance Product Managers, orchestrating alignment across multiple time zones to ensure technical and product solutions are perfectly tuned to the specific needs of the NoAM market within our global framework.

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain "trusted advisor" status with executive-level stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring Cover Genius remains a core component of their digital commerce strategy.

  • Yield & Performance Monitoring: Rigorously monitor and report on partner-specific KPIs, proactively identifying performance dips and designing intervention strategies to maintain growth momentum.

What you will bring

  • Relevant Experience: You have at least 4–5 years of professional experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and scale.

  • B2B Strategy & Consulting: You have deep experience in high-growth B2B environments, ideally coming from a background in Management Consulting or Product Management.

  • Strategic Ownership: You are comfortable navigating complex enterprise landscapes, translating big-picture strategy into actionable roadmaps, and owning the end-to-end partner lifecycle.

  • Analytical Fluency: You have a strong ability to analyze complex data sets and provide high-level commentary that influences business decisions.

  • Executive Presence: You have a proven track record in client or partner-facing roles, with the confidence and professional poise to serve as a "trusted advisor" to founders and C-suite executives.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a postgraduate degree or a strong record of academic achievement is also highly desirable.

What you will have

  • Strategic Project Orchestration: Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead high-stakes growth initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring all internal and external milestones are met.

  • Exceptional Communication & Influence: A master communicator who can distill complex technical and data concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences, from engineering teams to C-suite executives.

  • Methodical Problem-Solving: Expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes and developing scalable, creative solutions for complex partner challenges.

  • Optimization Mindset: A deep-seated passion for continuous improvement, specifically in refining systems, operational processes, and feedback loops to drive efficiency and growth.

  • Outcome-Oriented Tenacity: A results-driven attitude with the persistence to navigate obstacles and the agility to adapt strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • An interest in the live entertainment and ticketing industry

Please take note this position is based in Southern California or Northern California (Remote)
