Our Story

Founded in 2018 by Bob Moore, Crossbeam set out to redefine how companies grow by harnessing the power of partnerships. We pioneered Ecosystem-Led Growth and built the first and largest platform dedicated to it.

Today, we're taking that foundation into the AI era. Our belief is simple: AI is only as powerful as the data behind it and the most valuable, differentiated data a GTM team has is their ecosystem. Partner overlaps, shared accounts, ecosystem signals. No two ecosystems are identical, which means this data can't be commoditized.

With ~135 employees around the world, we’re past early startup chaos, but still early enough that the decisions you make leave lasting fingerprints on the product, company, and culture.
