Position Overview

We’re looking for a senior, business-savvy Salesforce Product Specialist with 5+ years of experience, including hands-on exposure to Salesforce administration, requirements gathering, and solution delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with clients, technical teams, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions while guiding junior team members.

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business goals, align with technical delivery, and are scalable for future needs.


Here’s what you’ll do:

Understand and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Translate strategic business goals into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and new features within District360.

Bridge business and technology

  • Collaborate with Developers, Admins, and Architects to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

  • Participate in solution design discussions and provide input for product enhancements.

  • Ensure alignment between technical delivery and client objectives.

Salesforce administration and oversight

  • Perform basic-to-intermediate Salesforce administration including user management, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

  • Support testing, deployment, and system maintenance while ensuring data integrity.

  • Follow Salesforce best practices and provide guidance where needed.

Mentorship and collaboration

  • Support junior Salesforce Product Specialists and associates in improving requirements gathering, documentation, and Salesforce skills.

  • Facilitate workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training for clients and internal teams.

  • Communicate updates, risks, and insights effectively to stakeholders.


It’s great if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including administration, requirements gathering, and solution delivery.

  • Are comfortable documenting user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

  • Possess basic-to-intermediate Salesforce Administration skills.

  • Understand business processes and client operations.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Even better if you:

  • Have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Nonprofit Cloud.

  • Are familiar with process automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and approval processes.

  • Have exposure to solution design, product enhancements, or product strategy discussions.

  • Have experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
