About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated fresher who enjoys testing, observing how systems behave, and making sure things work as expected. You don’t need Salesforce experience—we will train you.

If you’re someone who asks “What happens if I click this?”, enjoys finding mistakes early, and likes thinking from a user’s point of view, you’ll do well in this role.

What You’ll Do

You are focused on quality

• Apply basic testing principles to ensure every Salesforce feature works as expected and meets quality standards.

You think like an end user

• Review functionalities from a user’s perspective to ensure smooth, intuitive, and error-free experiences.

You help make Salesforce projects defect-free

• Assist in identifying bugs, documenting defects, and supporting the team to resolve issues quickly.

You collaborate proactively

• Work closely with Business Analysts and Developers, share feedback clearly, and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

You execute well-structured tests

• Learn to plan, prepare, and execute test cases that meet project needs and support successful deliveries.

It’ll be great if you…

• Have completed a B.Tech, B.E, BCA, BSc IT, MCA, M.Tech or similar degree

• Enjoy finding inconsistencies or errors in apps, software, or user flows

• Communicate clearly and are comfortable asking questions

• Can stay organized and follow structured steps

• Like thinking from a customer’s or end user’s perspective

Even better if you…

• Have seen or used tools like JIRA, Trello, or any project tracker

• Have done academic projects or internships involving testing

• Have basic knowledge of web or cloud-based applications

• Understand simple testing concepts like positive/negative scenarios
