
Associate Business Analyst

You meet with clients and understand their needs You’ll be the go-to person for clients—gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, running acceptance testing, and presenting the solutions built.
You help create solutions that solve real problems You act as a bridge, translating client requirements into user stories and collaborating with Developers and Admins to design meaningful, effective solutions.
You define requirements with clarity You will create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and support internal initiatives that improve delivery quality.
You ensure seamless collaboration You’ll work closely with Developers, Admins, and key stakeholders to bring solutions together and ensure smooth project execution.
You ensure quality You design and conduct system testing, ensuring that the delivered solution meets business expectations and works flawlessly.
Have 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar client-facing, requirements-focused role
Can articulate business requirements clearly and accurately
Are confident in conducting presentations, walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions
Have experience in business process mapping and using related tools
Have exposure to web or cloud-based applications
Have worked with Salesforce in any capacity (Admin, BA, QA, or user)
Have exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Have experience in solutioning or designing scalable workflows
Have worked with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Nonprofit Cloud, or CPQ
Understand basic concepts of user stories, UAT, and testing cycles
