Associate Video & Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and creative Associate Video & Motion Graphics Designer who’s eager to learn and grow in the world of visual storytelling. If you enjoy editing videos, crafting simple motion graphics, and experimenting with new tools, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with senior designers and product teams to help shape videos that educate, excite, and inspire.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s started building a portfolio and wants hands-on experience creating product videos, short explainers, and digital content for brands.

What You’ll Do

You’ll contribute to a variety of video and motion projects, such as:

• Short product explainers and demo videos

• Social media clips, reels, and teasers

• Marketing & campaign videos

• Case studies, testimonial edits, and event recaps

• Simple motion graphics, animated icons, and text animations

• Basic visual effects, transitions, and sound enhancements

You’ll also:

• Assist in editing raw footage into clean, engaging content

• Work with designers and product teams to bring concepts to life

• Prepare videos in multiple formats and aspect ratios for web and social platforms

• Stay updated on motion, editing, and social content trends—and apply them when relevant

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has a good foundation and a hunger to get better every day. Ideally, you have:

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing and/or motion graphics

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro

• Fundamental skills in Adobe After Effects (animations, typography, transitions)

• A strong sense of timing, sequencing, and visual rhythm

• Attention to detail in sound sync, text placement, and color consistency

• Eagerness to collaborate, receive feedback, and iterate

• A portfolio or sample work that shows your creative potential (student work welcome)

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Exposure to AI video tools (Runway, Pika Labs, etc.)

• Basic sound design or music selection skills

• Intro knowledge of 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D

• Interest in YouTube/social content best practices
