Salesforce Senior Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce architecture and delivery across complex, integration-heavy environments. This role will own end-to-end solution design across Salesforce and enterprise systems, act as a trusted advisor to customers, and help drive account growth through strong solutioning and consulting.

The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and the ability to design scalable solutions across multiple systems while supporting proposals, upsell initiatives, and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.

• Design scalable and detailed technical solutions across multiple systems, integrations, and enterprise applications.

• Architect and implement Experience Cloud solutions, including Lightning Web Runtime (LWR).

• Define integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.

Customer Consulting & Solutioning

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding architecture roadmaps and long-term platform strategy.

• Identify opportunities within existing accounts to enhance solutions, drive platform adoption, and contribute to upsell initiatives.

• Support proposal development by providing architecture, solution approach, and technical design.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor developers and technical leads and ensure adherence to architecture and development best practices.

• Support successful delivery of enterprise implementations across Salesforce and integrated ecosystems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience working with Salesforce with strong architecture ownership.

• Deep expertise in Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud etc.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform architecture.

• Extensive experience designing solutions across multiple systems and enterprise integrations.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and system architecture.

• Experience supporting solution proposals, upsell initiatives, and account expansion.

• Strong consulting mindset with experience working directly with customer stakeholders.

• Proven ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions across complex environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

• Experience identifying and driving AI and data-driven solution opportunities.

• Industry experience in Higher Education and/or Nonprofit organizations.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, payment platforms, or other enterprise applications.

• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect / System Architect preferred).
