As a key member of the team, the Culture & Engagement Champion will be responsible for planning and executing employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. This role is ideal for a go-getter attitude with high ownership and enthusiasm, excellent people skills, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Skills & Qualification

  • Strong understanding of what drives employee engagement and motivation

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to connect, influence, and engage diverse stakeholders

  • Highly organized with the ability to execute ideas end-to-end

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to track engagement activities and gather feedback to continuously improve

  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful employee engagement initiatives

  • Creative thinker with a knack for planning fun and meaningful experiences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address engagement gaps

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (events, celebrations, campaigns, etc.) that promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement among employees

  • Act as a culture ambassador, driving energy and participation across teams, building strong relationships, and connecting with employees across levels to understand their needs and preferences

  • Build strong relationships and connect with employees across levels, ensuring that everyone feels heard, valued, and included in the organization's culture and initiatives

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand team needs and enhance engagement, identifying opportunities to improve workplace experience and morale

  • Bring creative ideas to improve workplace experience and morale, using data and insights to inform and measure the impact of engagement initiatives

  • Support internal communications and drive participation in org-wide initiatives, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged throughout the organization

  • Facilitate fun, inclusive, and interactive sessions to bring people together, fostering collaboration and teamwork across teams and departments

  • Track engagement activities and gather feedback to continuously improve, using data and insights to inform and measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives

  • Provide leadership and guidance to employees, promoting a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect throughout the organization

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement, continuing to develop and grow as a Culture & Engagement Champion
