The Culture & Engagement Champion role at CUBE84 is designed to bring people together through innovative, inclusive, and interactive experiences that foster a sense of belonging and engagement within the organization. This role requires a dynamic and charismatic individual who can drive energy and participation across teams, build strong relationships, and connect with employees across levels.
As a key member of the team, the Culture & Engagement Champion will be responsible for planning and executing employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. This role is ideal for a go-getter attitude with high ownership and enthusiasm, excellent people skills, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Strong understanding of what drives employee engagement and motivation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to connect, influence, and engage diverse stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to execute ideas end-to-end
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to track engagement activities and gather feedback to continuously improve
Proven track record of planning and executing successful employee engagement initiatives
Creative thinker with a knack for planning fun and meaningful experiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address engagement gaps
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (events, celebrations, campaigns, etc.) that promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement among employees
Act as a culture ambassador, driving energy and participation across teams, building strong relationships, and connecting with employees across levels to understand their needs and preferences
Build strong relationships and connect with employees across levels, ensuring that everyone feels heard, valued, and included in the organization's culture and initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to understand team needs and enhance engagement, identifying opportunities to improve workplace experience and morale
Bring creative ideas to improve workplace experience and morale, using data and insights to inform and measure the impact of engagement initiatives
Support internal communications and drive participation in org-wide initiatives, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged throughout the organization
Facilitate fun, inclusive, and interactive sessions to bring people together, fostering collaboration and teamwork across teams and departments
Track engagement activities and gather feedback to continuously improve, using data and insights to inform and measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives
Provide leadership and guidance to employees, promoting a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect throughout the organization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement, continuing to develop and grow as a Culture & Engagement Champion
