Culture & Engagement Champion (Fresher)

About the Role

If you’re the person who ends up planning college fests, organizing last-minute hangouts, or making sure everyone feels included—you’ll fit right in.

At CUBE84, this role is all about bringing people together and creating experiences that employees actually enjoy being part of. As a Culture & Engagement Champion, you’ll support and execute initiatives that build a strong, positive, and inclusive workplace.

Over time, you’ll also get the opportunity to take ownership of larger initiatives—including cross-company events, community engagements, and external collaborations (think along the lines of tech events, coding competitions, and ecosystem meetups).

What You’ll Do

  • Help plan and execute internal events, celebrations, and engagement campaigns

  • Coordinate with teams to ensure everything runs smoothly (from idea → execution)

  • Interact with employees to understand what they enjoy and gather feedback

  • Support internal communication to drive participation in initiatives

  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to make workplace culture more engaging

  • Track participation and feedback to improve future events

  • Gradually take ownership of initiatives as you grow in the role

  • Assist in organizing larger events, including those involving external communities and companies

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who enjoys working with people and creating experiences

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • High energy, ownership mindset, and a “figure it out” attitude

  • Organized and reliable when it comes to execution

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Organized college fests, events, competitions, or club activities

  • Been part of student committees, cultural teams, or leadership roles

  • Interest in social media, content, or community building

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience in building workplace culture and engagement

  • Exposure to planning and executing both internal and external events

  • Opportunity to work with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • A chance to grow into someone who can independently drive large-scale initiatives

Growth Path

This role is a strong starting point for building a career in people, culture, and community-driven functions.

You will move from supporting initiatives to owning and leading larger, high-impact programs—including organization-wide and external events.

Over time, you can grow into roles such as Culture & Engagement Lead, Employer Branding Specialist, Community/Events Manager, or broader People & Experience (HR) roles.
