At CUBE84, this role is all about bringing people together and creating experiences that employees actually enjoy being part of. As a Culture & Engagement Champion, you’ll support and execute initiatives that build a strong, positive, and inclusive workplace.
Over time, you’ll also get the opportunity to take ownership of larger initiatives—including cross-company events, community engagements, and external collaborations (think along the lines of tech events, coding competitions, and ecosystem meetups).
Help plan and execute internal events, celebrations, and engagement campaigns
Coordinate with teams to ensure everything runs smoothly (from idea → execution)
Interact with employees to understand what they enjoy and gather feedback
Support internal communication to drive participation in initiatives
Bring fresh, creative ideas to make workplace culture more engaging
Track participation and feedback to improve future events
Gradually take ownership of initiatives as you grow in the role
Assist in organizing larger events, including those involving external communities and companies
Someone who enjoys working with people and creating experiences
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High energy, ownership mindset, and a “figure it out” attitude
Organized and reliable when it comes to execution
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Organized college fests, events, competitions, or club activities
Been part of student committees, cultural teams, or leadership roles
Interest in social media, content, or community building
Hands-on experience in building workplace culture and engagement
Exposure to planning and executing both internal and external events
