The Engagement Manager sits at the intersection of delivery, account management, and strategy, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects or services while maintaining strong relationships with customers. As a key member of our team, you will build long-term relationships with clients, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth through strategic advisory services.
This client-facing role requires a unique blend of technical, business, and leadership skills. You will work closely with internal teams, including consultants, developers, and analysts, to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Project/program management expertise with the ability to own end-to-end delivery of projects or engagements
Commercial and financial acumen to track project budgets, revenue, and profitability, and manage billing, forecasting, and resource utilization
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process improvement and provide insights and recommendations to clients
Leadership and team coordination skills to guide and mentor project teams and ensure alignment with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Domain knowledge in areas such as Salesforce, IT consulting, or other relevant fields
Strong analytical and technical skills to interpret data and drive business decisions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction
Understand client business goals and align delivery accordingly to meet client needs and exceed expectations
Own end-to-end delivery of projects or engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality are met
Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively to mitigate potential project impacts
Coordinate between internal teams (consultants, developers, analysts) and client stakeholders to facilitate regular status updates, steering committees, and governance meetings
Ensure alignment with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to drive successful project outcomes
Track project budgets, revenue, and profitability, and manage billing, forecasting, and resource utilization to drive business growth
Provide insights and recommendations to clients to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process improvement
Guide and mentor project teams to drive successful project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction
